The small rounded insert shaper fell out. The tip scraper was not useful for my standard size cue tip. However the sanding part of the tool works great and is very durable too.

the abrasive surfaces are thin pieces glued into place. Razor works fine.

Product arrived as described. Easy to use and figure out each advantage of the tool. If you are going to be replacing your own cue tips, this is a must have product. Makes the job so much easier.
