Very effective in keeping out the weeds. Kept in place with larger decorative rocks and hidden by mulch.

There are cheaper on Temu, But these were a decent price. They also came with metal stakes which i didn't realise when I ordered, so that was a bonus, even though I will be covering with mulch. The weed mats are just like any other I have ordered, nothing more, nothing less. They look thicker in the images, but they are standard thickness

I purchased this product expecting a robust barrier, but found it thinner than anticipated. To achieve the desired effect, I doubled up on the material.The effectiveness of the product as a barrier is uncertain. While it may not meet expectations for outdoor use in its single-layer form, it could still serve some purposes.• Indoor Use: Excellent for house plants, where a thin barrier is sufficient.• Outdoor Use: For garden applications, doubling the product is recommended for better performance.Using two layers, you'll also have enough stakes to properly secure the barrier, which is a plus.While the product may not be ideal for heavy-duty outdoor use in its original form, it can be adapted to suit various needs. Consider your specific requirements and be prepared to use multiple layers for more demanding applications.

I have large planters on my deck and these have stopped the critters from digging at all of my plants and making a mess of my deck, plants are doing much better since I started using them

I planted 8 trees in my yard and put these at the base of them. When you first put them on and they are brand new they don’t look all nice like the picture. Even though I staked them down only 2 of them lasted longer than a week. The wind blows them around. If you get too close with the lawn mower it just sucks them in and sheds them.In my opinion these are a waste of money. Either spend a bit more and get something more substantial, or just go without and hope for the best.

First, I am not using these exactly the way they are intended. I did not, nor plan to, put any mulch on top of them, although I am using them as a weed/grass barrier.I have five small blueberry bushes on which I've nicked branches while trimming the grass, so I bought these rings to have a protective radius. They are very lightweight, just glorified felt, but other reviews have pointed that out, so I knew what to expect. Because they are so light, they do not tamp down the grass as much as I would like. (See accompanying photo) However, they work well enough to prevent contact with my weed trimmer. Obviously I could use more of the stakes to hold them down tighter all around, but I opted to just use one on the seam. They have been in place for many weeks now, even with strong spring storms, and none of them have blown away or dislodged in any way.They are easily trimmable with scissors for fitting around uneven trunk groups. Is the manufacturer making a hefty profit off of these? Sure, but it didn't break the bank and they are useful enough.
