It is very important to keep dust caps on your car's AC ports. You want to keep your Schrader valves as clean and free from contaminants as possible. You don't want any foreign matter being introduced into your AC system and these will help protect your valves from possible damage.Most dust caps are there to keep the valves clean only. These caps by AClengda have 0-rings than might help to contain a small leak at the valve until it can be replaced.These are high quality caps, made of both brass and plastic. I kept a variety that could be used on my cars and gave the rest to my mechanic who does AC work. He was delighted to get them and was impressed with the quality.

This AC cap kit is great for mechanics due its variety of cap types. My kit came with the center sections mixed up, but it's not that big of a deal. The inclusion of both metal and plastic caps is useful for specific applications. Considering these caps are fully machined brass, this is actually quite a good value for the variety and number of caps (if you have priced individual caps you know how expensive they can be). Generally speaking you want to use the plastic caps when you can, but the brass caps are useful if you have a situation where new valves keep leaking over time and you don't want to replace the hard line. Overall I am satisfied with this kit and definitely recommend it.

There are various styles of copper covers, which look of good quality. The materials used are sufficient and the feel is heavy. I hope it can be used for a long time and is very suitable for replacing the sealing cover of car air conditioning valves.

A very complete set. I had lost the high side cap on my R1234yf system and have been trying to find a cap for around two years, even tried the dealer. This set had that cap!

Great kit comes with plastic and brass fittings. I had to replace fittings on a J Deere tractor due to age. I ended up replacing with the brass fittings, so they would last longer. It's greatkit for almost any situation, they all come with O rings and ready to use. I apply one drop of any spray lubricant to the o ring, so they slide easily on the mating surface and they don't tear.
