We had our contractor install several of these and we love them! The quality is great and they work very well. He anchored the bottoms to either a buried rock or landscaping catch basin.

This is a really nice rain chain but the biggest issue is the ability to shrink it down. It is not easy to remove the sections because of the ends on the connectors so we had to figure out a way to pull it up a little. While it is hidden, we aren't sure it will hold and then the chain will drag. But overall it is nice.

They have been installed for 3 weeks. So far, work great and look great.

We love these type of chains. They look great, and are easy to use for outside decor. This is the only one we have that is made of copper. I haven’t had them long enough to see it patina yet, which is the only way I know to know if it’s real copper. But it looks great! The detail of the small intricate design on each shell really looks great! We love these so much we used them for our wedding—they really look good.

I have always loved a copper rain chain so I was thrilled to find this one. It’s beautiful! I did not install it to work in lieu of my gutter down spout as instructed, so it will probably never dump the water properly from cup to cup. For me it’s more of the aesthetic in my garden. It still catches the rain and if heavy enough with transfer water down the chain but I didn’t want to remove my existing downspout. Install was simple with the provided clasp/hook and fits perfectly into my gutter without an issue. It’s a very nice quality and could make a nice unique gift for any garden enthusiast.

First off the copper is gorgeous, I expect it will patina beautifully over time. The build quality is definitely heavier duty than I expected, nice and thick. Performs decent job at funneling water, not as functional as a real gutter, but much more decorative. Installation was very easy, just poke the top V piece into the gutter downspout and spread it wide.

Briefly took it out of the packaging to have a look and these are definitely gorgeous rain chains. LOVE the solid copper, and they'll patina nicely over time. We're going to be gifting these so didn't want to mess with the install but the clip at the top will make it super easy to install. Just remove your existing downspout and put these in its place. I have to imagine you're less likely to have clogs from leaves, etc.Consider some kind of stone or other permeable surface under these when you install... otherwise you'll end up digging holes in the ground with the water running of that last bucket. An in ground diverter would be the cleanest install but even one of the flat trays will be helpful.
