In response to a request for instructions on installation, seller responded by saying “there’s no manual, is something wrong with you?” Ultimately I figured out how to install it and got it done, but I reached out because I didn’t want to break the part by improperly manipulating it, and seller clearly says in the sales page to reach out with any questions or if you need help. The part fit my car and works as intended, and the price was good but there’s no excuse for such rudeness toward a customer asking a perfectly reasonable question.

This was the exact replacement I needed. The dealership had quoted me $80 for this and amazing had it for so much less. It was super easy to install and it fit perfectly. I love that the part was extras easy to find since it’s something that beaks in sequoias. This was one of the best purchases could have made
