Good solid accurate gauge..I know it's for steam pressure cookers, but I use it for random pressure leak-down testing on cars in cases where you just want a general gauge for creating quick custom test setups.I get leak-free, consistently accurate readings, and that's all I could ask for..

Works perfectly on our Presto 7 Quart canner. The dial is US PSI only, so easier to read (no metric measurements to confuse). This is great to have on hand if you do any canning - always good to be extra safe.

Product doesn't fit model 8107 as it states it does. Cheaply made. Id save the hassle and order right from presto.

Looks identical to the gauge on my 10+ year old Presto 23 qt. It's good have a back up rubber gasket and gauge because when you're in the middle of a massive canning session, any setback can be a massive loss of product and time and energy.

After 40+ years of use, my steam gauge needed replacement. This fits my canner, and was easy for my husband to replace, allowing me to continue to use my faithful canner.

Was supposed to be compatible with the presto 178410 canner. Gasket is too large and hard plastic. Should fit inside the hole of the lid and be soft. Had new gauge tested and it was over by a full pound of pressure which will cause canning pressure to be under required if going by gauge alone.
