I've used other brands before and come to the conclusion they're all the same quality regardless of heat range. That's not a bad thing they work great. If they are touching headers or exhaust manifolds they will probably burn. If they're really close they will discolor quicker and they'll probably be hard to install on 90 degree plug boots. I used these on a LS engine with headers. They don't touch the headers and aren't close. So, they work great. They're very flexible with a tight weave and great color. Alot of people also seems to install them incorrectly. The weave side goes up and the metal ring down. The metal ring should be under the spark plug boot around spark plug. The gloves are a nice addition, but unnecessary for installation. They're decent quality and fit a size large hand well. I will use them on another project.

These were a little longer than I expected but that's not a big deal, in fact it might be needed for other applications. These have plenty of room for larger wires but still hold nicely at the base due to an elastic band. They're easy to install and while they may perhaps be a hair thinner than some I've encountered, I believe there's more than adequate protection. For comparison purposes, the sleeve in the picture is mocked up on a big block Chevy running 8.5 MSD wires and there's plenty of room for a larger diameter wire. I'm pleasantly surprised by these - they're genuinely nice for the money.
