Seems sturdy and thick. I put checked out the material and it's thick, so it doesn't look like it will be easy to tear.I got this as a spare storage building for my riding mower and a few other things. So far, I really like it more than I thought it would. I also have it tied down with dog tie downs that go about 18 inches into the ground, so even 30 mile an hour winds to mess with it.
