For the price I was satisfied. The head is fairly strong, held hook and loop pads well, no slipping. The plastic pole attachment is ok, and has held up through 3 ceilings. Overall, other than a metal swivel, it’s a solid homeowner tool.

I used this to sand the mud job I did after installing sheetrock. It was nice to use so I didn't need a ladder. Does not do a perfect job but is good for the initial sanding job

This might have been the best painting related purchase I made. Does what it says and didn't disappoint. I did find that it worked it's way loose a little too often, hence the 4 out of 5 stars.

I can't believe I have spent years using the standard rectangle sanding tool. This this is light, flexible, and so much more easier to use. The padded bumper to prevent damage in corners is an awesome bonus. Just buy it!!!

Very poorly constructed. This sanding pad is intended to be primarily used for finish sanding. Can't use it for that because the surface for mounting the sandpaper has huge bubbles and is unlevel. It was half the price of the competition and now I see why. Stay away from this item.

No point in paying $30 at HD or Lowe’s for one of these. This one works great for the non professional homeowner who is doing a painting project.

Worked exactly as I was hoping, Velcro that holds the sandpaper on seems strong and durable. This failed on a product 3x the price so was glad to see it seems durable! Also love the rubber bumpers along the edge:

This is a great tool to have for any home owner that does DIY projects. First of all it its the perfect size to hold those large electric sander pads. I have one of those so its really nice to get the precision and control of hand sanding without having to get yet another type of sand paper. There is a rubbery plastic bumper all the way around so if you get too close to another wall it wont dent it and make even more work for you. The hinge is designed to to stay flat and not bind up when sanding a wall and it does a pretty good job at that. The sandpaper surface sticks out from the rest of the product so you can put as much pressure as you need and not worry about the edges scraping the wall. It has the universal threads on it so I can attach it to my mop handle, painting pole, really anything with that chunky thread on it. I would definitely recommend this.
