I really bought this for general use, such as patching small holes. It is very malleable, which makes it easy to get it into any shape needed. I have a few cracks where dust seeps in through my window jam and my complex is kind of lax on getting that fixed. This is trapping and keeping out that dust, so that is a plus in my book. It does not harden, which is fine for removal when or if needed.

I got this just for general purpose use. I don't have a specific use at the time, but I wanted to keep this for when I need to patch a hole in the brick or fill in a hole in the concrete.The documentation says it will patch pin hole leaks but I think that is only if used in conjunction with E/Fusing 140 or E/Fusing 220 silicone tape. I haven't bought one of the those tapes yet though.The putty is soft, doesn't dry out or harden over time, and it has a slightly sticky feel without leaving a residue on your skin. If you have window putty this will work better and last forever.

This is a really unique putty like I haven't used before. I have tried a product that I think was like an oil based clay, but this stuff is really great. It's super flexible and sticks to itself just like clay, but leaves no residue on your hands that make it feel greasy. I just refreshed my memory by looking at the product page and I see it's safe for fish, which I'm an avid aquarist, so I might be trying it out for some aqua scaping. I've had difficulty in the past securing my anubias plants, and this is malleable enough so it won't damage the plants as they grow. The main reason I got this was for the bathtub overflow. I actually like to fill my tub to the rim and I was using plumber's putty to plug that (I know it's not a conventional use), and it does harden and get mildew growth, but this is removeable and reusable so I can just apply a strip each time I want to use it, perfect! I really appreciate the product. :)

I bought this putty to seal around the electrical wire entering a backyard function. It worked great, sealing the water.

Soft and easy to mold to fit where it's needed. Only time will tell if it stays where I put it and remains soft.

As described, it was easy to mold into desired shape and plug into holes I wanted to repair. Since it hasn't been in place long enough to see if it keeps the water OUT, I don't know yet if it will do all that the description says it will do.
