Worth the 100 I paid for it, when it was on sale. I wanted an adjustable bench that didn't break the bank. I have a flat bench that cost about the same that's much higher quality that I've had for years. For my purposes, being an middle aged dude trying to do more varied lifting, it'll do. The back feels wide enough. It's stable. Was very easy to put together. I like I can fold it up since my space is very limited. Not too heavy to move around, and hopefully feels lighter with time haha. I would buy it again and don't regret this purchase, especially for the price.

comprata in sostituzione della Technogym!Finiture davvero molto curate e molto comoda perché si ripone in spazi anche piccoli; forse un po' alta ma sinceramente io sono 1,88 e non mi crea alcun problema.Dopo più di un anno di utilizzo intenso (quasi tutti i giorni) posso dire che nel caso si dovesse rompere ne comprerei un'altra identica!!

Teniendo en cuenta el precio es un buen banco.Robusto y suficientemente versátil.Por ponerle alguna pega es que el respaldo no llega a los 90º, y que el asiento quizá sea algo pequeño, pero todo es cuestión de acostumbrarse.Además como asiento para tocar la guitarra es perfecto: apoyapiés incorporado, acolchado, respaldo, sin brazos que interfieran con el mástil.

Als frischer Hantelbank-Liebhaber und ambitionierter Gewichtheber habe ich mir die 400KG Hantelbank von Bonvork zugelegt – und was soll ich sagen? Ich bin mehr als zufrieden!Zunächst einmal: Die Qualität dieser Bank ist absolut top. Alles ist perfekt verarbeitet, keine wackeligen Teile oder scharfen Kanten. Diese Bank ist stabiler als mein Ego, und das will etwas heißen!Da die Bank verspricht, bis zu 400 kg zu halten, habe ich meinen Essplan entsprechend angepasst. Schließlich will ich diese Grenze auch erreichen – allerdings nicht unbedingt durch schwerere Hanteln, sondern durch meinen eigenen Körpereinsatz. Mein Kühlschrank ist jetzt so gut gefüllt, dass ich ihn ebenfalls als Trainingspartner verwenden könnte.Aktuell bin ich bei einem stolzen Gewicht von 150 kg (inklusive Hanteln, versteht sich). Sobald ich die magischen 400 kg geknackt habe, werde ich meine Rezension natürlich aktualisieren.Insgesamt: Eine klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die keine halben Sachen machen wollen! 💪🍕

I'm new to working out and so far this bench is perfect for me. It's sturdy and folds up nicely when my wife needs her office back. It has good padding and adjusting it is easy.I'm 5'9 so I removed the extension head rest off to do certain dumbell routines. I searched around and felt for me as a beginner this was the best purchase for the quality and price.

I sitting on the bench and bent down to pick up 40lb dumbbell. Then crack and just like that it broke. So I cut it open and found 1/4 plywood. So comes down to this. Are you going to trust your life to something poorly made.

I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving this bench, the quality and sturdiness was beyond what I was expecting and actually very similar to most professional gyms. I definitely prefer the notched method for the main back support angle adjustment as opposed to the often seen peg needing to be inserted as that is a pain to line up constantly when adjusting many times per workout. In all of the back adjustment settings the bench is super solid with no flexing. Even when benching a heavy weight the back padded piece is very solid and comfortable. This is super easy to wipe down post-workout too. The seat is fairly easy to adjust however it requires the removal and insertion of a pin to lock its positioning, I would have liked to see a similar style as the back piece but typically the base isn't adjusted as often as the back piece. The leg support has great padding, is comfortable and easy to adjust (pin style) and even swing up out the way entirely. I especially love the dial to adjust the foot leveling as rarely are home foundations / garage floors poured with any care (flat), having this adjustment ensures rock-solid support during use. The adjustable head rest is very nice as well, especially if you are taller. I am only 5'10" so I have it in the lowest setting but it is still comfortable and I love never having to worry about my head being near or off the top of the bench.I do however have one gripe... This bench is quite tall (ground to top of pad). Even when in the completely level (base and back) position I find I cannot comfortably have my feet on the ground. I have two pieces of 2x10" on the ground parallel to the bench on either side for my feet to sit on. Especially when bench pressing I need to have my feet solidly on the ground to either side and I find this bench about 2" too tall. I am of very average height proportions and have never encountered this with any other workout bench. I am just mentioning this as anyone shorter than I, would likely have an even more noticed effect. Due to the awesome quality and cost however I continue to use this bench every workout and simply rectified it by using so scrap 2x10" pieces laying around, as that gives me the proper height for my legs to properly thrust and stabilize myself while working out. Yes, I highly recommend this bench.

The bench takes about 5 minutes to set up and it is as great as advertised. Easy to adjust and just the right size for any home gym. If you’re on the fence about it, just take the leap and get it. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

assemble - very easy to assemble follow the directions that is providedstability- it is very stable when used correctlySturdiness - it is very sturdy for what i use it after all it is an excerise bench for all kind of exercise and dumbell exercises and other uses.

I was skeptical looked at so many different benches. I was also looking one to do jump training on. Something very sturdy. All the other benches I looked on YouTube they really weren't wide enough at the bottom.. kind of cheaply made. THIS THING IS A TANK JUST LIKE IT SAYS IN THE MANUAL KEYWORD TANK!! Feels like the ones in the gym. So strong, so sturdy. One thing I was looking for that they didn't show was the dimensions of the bench.. THEY ARE WRONG IN A BAD WAY. Meaning the real measurement is actually 21 in from the ground to the top which is what I was looking for. It actually says 14 in I have no idea why they're saying this. The height of a real bench in the gym. The quality is unbelievable it feels like it can hold 880 lb!! I'm always hesitant because some products don't have many reviews like this one. BUT THIS THING SHOULD BE THE NEW BENCHMARK FOR THE PRICE!! Seriously awesome I'll be adding some pictures and videos too doing a review!! And not to mention the quality is awesome through and through including the padding, the fake leather and all that stuff. only wish it had a curl bar attachment that could go to it or something like that.. I also noticed as far as I know you can't do backwards situps using your back if you know what I mean. Can't put your legs in there doing it that way only forward. But hey FOR $100 THERE'S NO BEATING THIS BENCH SERIOUSLY!! EVEN FOR 200!!

I love this bench; I had my exercise equipment in the patio but our dog had puppies and made it difficult to train with them running around.So, I decided to get this bench to use and store in a spare bedroom, it folds up nicely and is very sturdy.The adjustments on this bench are quick and secure the padding is plenty firm for my taste (I don’t like padding that's too soft), the bench is durable enough to be stable and there are no squeaks while doing any kind of exercise on it.The bench was shipped with adequate instructions and the tools were included but, so much of it was already assembled that it only took a few minutes to unbox and finish the full assembly. Even if you are not mechanically inclined it shouldn’t take more that 20 -30 minutes to assemble.After the purchase I got a follow up email from the vendor which adds a touch of class and professionalism to their product and service, I highly recommend this product.
