The install was made very easy due to the identical size and confirmation of the replacement.The only issue is that the rocker switch to change side to side, does not have a neutral position, as the original does, and the switch is difficult to operate, which, I am afraid is eventually become no operational.Otherwise, the unit is excellent and worth the purchase.
