Your cart is empty.This Square D Pumptrol 9013FHG44J59M1X air-compressor pressure switch controls an electrically driven air compressor in a power circuit when the adjustable threshold upon falling is reached and is set to turn off at 175 psi. The switch has a 4-way NPSC flange fluid connection and is suitable for use with a lower-horsepower motor with 1.5 hp or less. The non-adjustable differential is 40 psi, and the adjustable cut-out range is 100-200 psi. The switch is diaphragm actuated and has a fixed differential. The threshold, or setting point, upon rising adjusts with a screw nut. The switch has screw terminal electrical connections, and two 2-pole NC contacts open on rising pressure. The enclosure is National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) Type 1 and Ingress Protection (IP) 20 rated. The switch is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed and Canadian Standards Organization (CSA) certified. This switch includes a 2-way pressure release valve. The maintained manual cut-out lever has auto and off positions. Square D Pumptrol pressure switches are manufactured by Schneider Electric.

Switch shuts off at 175 psi should start when pressure gets to135 psi. Advertised at 40 psi differential. will not start compressor until 120 psi, should be 135 psi.

There are no adjustment instructions. I had to unscrew and turn the manifold to mount on my compressor.

Square D has really gone downhill. Spent the extra money for this brand, because it was to replace an existing part that had just YEARS of service under it's belt. This one lasted exactly ONE day of LIGHT USE. Bought a $14, Chinese one off Amazon and it works fine. After 35 years of service the pressure switch on my 1 HP compressor failed. I replaced it with a similar switch that again failed after three months. This switch is much more robust and should last.The unloader port is located in a different place so I had to buy some 1/4 copper tubing (Home Depot) and brass compression ferrules to relocate this tube. Works very well. I easily adjusted the cut out for 90 psi. The cut in is 20 psi below the cut out.
