This is a control board for an Atwood/Dometics Water Heater. This board is potted, just like the OEM board to protect from water. However, that means there is no repairing it - if they go bad, you have to replace.This particular board comes with the 10-pin (really 6+4) header style connector (with pins that stick up off the board. However, if you have an older style harness, this will not work. They took care of you by including an adapter. You plug the adapter on your board and it will allow you to use your older edge connector, that plugs onto the side of the board onto the gold fingers directly printed on the board.I purchased this as a spare board, so I have yet to use it. However, I am building a test jig for water heater parts, so if I get that completed, I will come back and update.
