For the job i bought this pad for, it worked way better than expected. 36 grit is a bit aggressive on hardwood floors. However that was my mistake, next time I'll probably get 50 or 80 grit. Also I think this is intended for concrete, not wood. But it worked amazingly.

So Diamabrush products for concrete prep are the real deal... Thier products allow you to use a Rotary Floor Scrubber/Buffer Machines to prep/clean concrete for mastics or for epoxy floor coatings.Its also twice as fast using thier products for epoxy prep. In addition none of thier concrete prep brushes/scrapers are a one and done throw away... You can get replacement diamond/carbide blades to renew your concrete prep scraper brushes. So they will pretty much last forever.
