IAC is plastic on the tip, it wore out fast, they don’t put the busking is for the blade. It’s machined. With it not being there it has a massive leak.We smoke tested the truck this went on, it wasBad.

It has alot of tuning issues and the sensors never worked so i had to use my old oem sensors

First one was stuck shut. Replacement aka second one leaked vacuum at the srping after 30 days and about 40 miles. Now outside of return day from Amazon. Very unhappy, lost money. Wish, I could get my money back. Just got Replacement from jegs.

If you don't know what can happen don't mess with your original parts otherwise get educated on what has to be done before and after you bolt 1 of these on and you should be ok

I was looking for a TB for MY 02 trans amAnd came across this TB THAT WAS REASONABLE PRICED .. on my vehicle was a Holley sniper 102 mm which was trouble free unit but after 5 years I didn’t want to spend crazy money again, and wonted to go to a 92mm,,Removed and installed was straight forward1st always Remove the neg battery terminal then you can proceeded total time 25 mins cleaned up installed negative battery terminal, started engine and 20 seconds the chk engine light came on also running rough, I immediately shut engine off and proceeded to hook up my scanner and , pulled codesTPS LOW VOLTAGE , code for IAC ERROR and a code for the TB vacuum leak after clearing the 3 codes started checking the tps and with my meter I was getting no resistance bad right out of the box next the IAC the plunger had no tip missing, i became so mad no quality control did anyone putting it together check the components before assembly and then bench tested,, no i guess it’s us the end user is responsible for this process… so off the engine and reinstall the Holley and started the engine and ran to issues and no codes . So cleaned up rebox and send back so on the Amazon app to return I have decided do not go cheap you will spend your time replacing the new part once twice and then will it fail on the road which no one wants that
