Update: I got it installed. I didn't install the front camera though because i didn't have time to figure out how to remove enough parts to get to the firewall passthrough, which is on the passenger side, behind the hood strut. I'm guessing i will have to remove the hood strut to get to the passthrough (seen in the picture labeled cut here) .The screen is bright and decent quality. I couldn't get it to connect via bluetooth to the car but I think its supposed to work the way i have it set up. I just had to choose the car as the media output choice and now android auto apps play through my speakers. The one gripe I have with this display, is the use of the pre-2024 version of the model 3. i have a 2024 Model 3 performance so I was hoping it had that graphic. Hopefully it comes in an update. It already took an update so fingers crossed.**************************************************The kit looks pretty decent It comes with everything you need my issue is, the front camera installation on my 2024 Tesla Model 3 performance seems to be totally different than what is depicted in the instructions. I don't have the same firewall pass through in the pictures. There was a piece of foil tape covering a hole on the firewall but behind that hole was some cottony material And I'm not sure what's behind that inside the car so I wasn't willing to start fishing around blindly. At this point I think I'm going to return this kit and try to find one with instructions that That will work with my 2024 Tesla Model 3 performance. I'm not sure if the standard range and long range versions are different than the performance version when it comes to the frunk area but none of the installation videos I've seen that have you remove the frunk look the same as my car. The pictures I've uploaded are after removing the frunk and ducting underneath the cowl.
