It's an ice scraper - not super complex, but decent quality. I live in California and use it to safely chip ice off the walls of our chest freezer. Free tip - a flathead screwdriver is NOT the best way to clean ice from a freezer - just ask me how I learned that one! This works far better, and a LOT safer for your appliance!

BEST one yet. I ordered a second because it is the bomb!! They know the ice down on my commercial freezers like it's a snow flake. They don't hurt my hands like the plastic ones and I get the job down in about 1/10 of the time it used to take...

I bought this about 2 weeks before an ice storm. My husband laughed at me and said we live in frorida why are you buying that you will never need it. Yes, I'm in North Florida, it's rare but it happened last year. It was priceless that my husband had to admit he was wrong. Usually, we just have a little frost in the winter, but not this year. This baby allowed my to make it to work on time and it's pink. Who doesn't love pink?

I bought this ice scraper for my dad after I broke his. I will admit, it being pink was probably the main motivating factor after the price. For about $4 it’s exactly what you would expect. It works slightly better than the free ice scrapers you can sometimes get as giveaways, but feels very cheap to hold. The combination hollow grip and foam as well as cheap plastic all contribute about equally to this, I’d imagine. The black plastic has some give to it, which is useful as it’s not as likely to snap too easily, a problem I’ve had in the past with firmer, more brittle plastics. Though that does mean it can scrape ice somewhat unevenly and has trouble with some of the more firm spots. The foam grip is also more comfortable than I would have anticipated, though the black ridges are spaced rather awkwardly for my (admittedly small) hands.[Pros]It was very cheap when I got itScrapes ice without damaging the windshield and didn’t have more trouble than any other small, hand scraper I’ve usedIt didn’t snap when I accidently stepped on itIt’s small enough to easily fit in a glove compartment when you need it, and the softer plastic is unlikely to scratch anything[Cons]Handle grip is somewhat awkward to hold and the foam seams dug into my hands when I wasn’t wearing glovesThe small size made scraping take forever, but that was something I knew up frontIt tends to scrape somewhat unevenly[Overall]I liked it, it works well enough. There is really no reason not to buy this if you need a small emergency ice scraper and don’t deal with a ton of ice/sleet in the winter. Though if you see a cheaper one, it is probably about as good.

Product is stylish, and soft in the hand. Appears to have a comfort grip to it.It is super easy to use and works great on the thin or thick layer of ice and/or snow that often piles on your window in the winter time.Super nice looking, I keep it in my door panel of my truck so that it always right where I need it when I am ready during the winter months.This was a great stocking stuffer!

Pros and ConsPro:Starting with the grip: The grip feels comfortable when you grip the handle, you can feel the resistance from the foam giving you more control and foam is a great barrier in the cold. There is enough space for people with large hands and fingers in the foam channels. The Blade and the ridges on top are solid and have very little movement to it when applied to the window. This has a very ridged contour.Con:The unit feels like it should have a small adjustable extension to it or should have been a few inches longer. The Blade has a small pits and groves in it making the blade feel like choppy when scraping. However; I think over time and uses this might wear even? The ridged contour fails to give you the full blade width when scraping.
