A nice kit with two types of strips. make sure you read the instructions!Once strip you dunk in the water and almost immediately read. The other one is a little more involved and timing is key, along with checking the water sample for the result, not the strip!All in all the result matched what the pool store said about our water sample, so I like this product.

I usually have a pool company take care of my pool but they've been slow to respond lately and I was wondering about the state of my pool's chemistry so I picked these up. They were easy enough to use and read and gave me the peace of mind that everything was ok in the pool.

Bought these especially for Phos due to issues with high phos levels preventing chlorine production with my salt chlorinator (thanks to my water company). I have a difficult time getting useable readings from strips. When I have the water tested by professionals the results rarely match. Still just as disappointed with these.

I’ve tried several different kinds of test strips to no avail. They don’t work maybe I’m colorblind, but the colors on the stick don’t even come close to. What’s on the chart.

We’re thinking about taking over our pool maintenance, but before we jump in, we are using these strips to test our water before our pool guy comes on Fridays. We always get a note about what he did chemically, and we compare what we thought we should do based on the test strip. These strips are easy to use and based on our pool guy, these are accurate. Having said that, I’m not sure we want to take care of our own pool, so I think our pool guy’s job is secure.

I like that these strips have all I need to know about my pool chemistry. Just like other strips, you just dip into the water and hold steady (don't shake them off). I did notice that comparing these with a Phenol test kit, the pH seems to run a bit high in comparison. But results may vary. Always good to get a "second opinion" anyway when you can. Chlorine seems to read a little lower than a drop chlorine test, so go figure!

I purchased this product mainly for the phosphate test; the test strips I have been using have been fine but do not test for phosphates. The directions for testing phosphates with this product are vague, so I tried to test three different ways. Each indicated no phosphates in my pool, which would be a first for this entire season. Also, these strips for water chemistry show results vastly different from those indicated by my usual strip (like zero alkalinity when my usual strips read in the zone). All in all, I have substantial doubts that I am getting accurate readings with these strips.

Great product to have for the pool. It easy to uses and easy to read. It’s has 9 treated chemical squares which help you level your pool chimerical. Once you insert the strips in the pool water, it reads the hardness of the water. The chemicals accuracy is match to the color that show up on strip after a few minutes. You just have to get the water to match the number level. It taking the quest out of hard work. I just love the simplicity of it. Bought more to have it on hand.
