I could not be happier! I taped off the art before drawing. The custom cut is perfect size. I ordered the pack of 10 since I do a lot of my art on 9x12 paper. It just made more sense for me. Also ordered with backing and sleeves.The frame I also bought on Amazon. Beautiful. Will be posting a review with same photo.

The overall quality seems fine but I had to trim all of them because they were slightly larger than 9" x 12" so they wouldn't fit into my frames.
