I ordered 2 toilets and they both arrived in good condition. The toilets are well made and work well. Installation was difficult, because the flange bolts do not have a nut to hold them in place during installation. Also, the small holes in the side of the skirt make it almost impossible for your hands to fit into and put the nut on the flange bolts. You definitely need 12" from the wall to the flange bolt location for the toilet to fit properly. Also, because of the skirt, the shutoff valve needs to be located beyond it. Compared to the basic American Standard toilets we had, this is much nicer, but more finicky to install. Also, the toilet seats that come with the unit are pretty cheap and flimsy.

The black color of this toilet is a nice change from traditional white. It fits perfectly in my bathroom and looks great.
