I bought this mat to protect my desk while cutting vinyl, etc. works as described. Small and easy to store. Quite durable for the price. I enjoy having the ruler grid for precision purposes. I would buy again.

I'm not the cutter queen, but I do love this surface. It has an almost grip-like surface on both sides so it (and your work) won't slide around. Self healing? yep, certainly seems so. I'm a card maker and use it almost daily for some little thing when crafting. I'd def. buy it again should I need to, but I can't imagine having to tbh.

I use this for cutting paper with a hobby knife, it works great for that. The printed guidelines are clear. It has a tendency to become bent if left on an uneven surface but if left on a flat surface for a while it flattens out again.

This mat feels great and seems to be well constructed. The lines are clear, though some of the numbers could be clearer. I haven’t used it to cut on, yet, but it’s been a great workspace mat for crafting and school projects on a small desk in my tiny Brooklyn bedroom. (For reference, I have about a 20”x30” area free of printers, power strips, pencil cups, and the like on my desk.) Best unexpected part for me is that, when I’m not working on a project, keeping it on my desk makes sure I always have a spot on my desk to put my laptop on.
