Good kit for the money. BUT my compressor died after about 6 months and let me tell you... getting a replacement is damn near impossible. Ive delt with some verry rude untrained people. Finally got a lable to send my bad one back and over a week later now... no replacement no email with status and ive called multiple times with little to no help. Ive given up on a replacement. 🤷♂️ good kit but i wouldnt depend on the "warranty". I will be buying another compressor from a diff company.

Dryer was a little smaller but it still fit perfectly. Compressor is exactly the same fit as OEM and works great. I had no issues and after 2 months it's still working just fine.

This is not only a sub-par product, the seller has horrible customer service. After only 2 years, this product broke!!! I installed this part shortly after purchasing it, and went to a mechanic to have the freon evacuated, and then installed. The compressor always had a hard time keeping the vehicle cool, especially if it was really hot outside (when I needed it).I submitted a warranty claim via the seller's website, but they never got back to me, even though they claim they will contact you back within 48 hours. The first time I called, I was on hold for over 30 minutes when my phone dropped the call. I called back at a later date, and was able to get a hold of a person. They said they couldn't do anything for me because the part was outside of the warranty period. The original A/C compressor worked for 14 years. This part worked for less than 2. These are definitely cheaply made parts that have planned obsolescence. The "manager" told me I could buy another part, but that was my only option. Why would I want to buy another part that's going to break in another 2 years?Unless you want to buy expensive parts, and spend your precious time installing them, do not buy from this seller.

Quality item, well built. Even temporary outlet plugs were aluminum and screwed in rather than cheap plastic. Installed in 2001 Tahoe 5.3 and works great. Only install issue I had was because of the idiot who designed the tahoe so you can't reach one of the bolts. Very please with this item. Came complete and with plenty of replacement o rings and sealing washers.

BuyAutoParts are great people to deal with. The accumulator that came with the kit was not the right one for my Suburban with rear A/C. I had already installed the new compressor and I thought that I would have had a big hassle of returning the whole kit and waiting for the new one.I was VERY VERY pleased when I contacted them and they were not only very nice, they just credited my account for a new accumulator that I got at the local auto parts store. P.S. The monies they credited me was more than enough to cover the new part. Thank You, BuyAutoPartsP.S.S. If you have rear A/C make sure you get the proper accumulator, mine had 2 outlets on it, the one in the kit only had 1

So far, everything has worked great. For the price, you can't beat it. The compressor came in packaged nicely and undamaged. All o-rings that I needed were present along with pag46 oil and a drier. The drier is smaller than stock, but seems to be working ok.I would give 5 stars, but whenever servicing an SUV with rear AC and you buy a "KIT" I would like everything to be present. I had to buy an expansion valve for the rear AC. $22.99 at Oreilly.
