It fits most vacuum cleaners if not all and it makes it easy to clean the drain

Do not try to attach in a drain fitting, only in actual pipe - I thought it did not fit but I was trying to attach in the wrong place - It must insert into 1" PVC pipe, not a fitting

Its great! Works perfectly, wish I would have purchased a long time ago, should work with any vacuum. I recommend this product, price is very fair, it's plastic and rubber but I believe it will last a long time.

I had a clog in my AC condensation line and this attachment helped me fix it. It hooked up the shop vac without any problems and had a great fit. The other end was too small to hook up to my pvc condensate line as it was the same diameter, but I was able to hold it flush and the shop vac was still able to provide enough suction to dislodge the clog. Seems like a decent quality build too, so it should last for any future needs.

First and foremost, this item works as advertised. There's is a catch, however, so read on.Living in hot, humid North Florida requires that A/C drain lines (chase lines) occasionally need to be flushed out. Water build up in these lines can lead to lower cooling and system shutoff when the line is too full. Bacteria and other foul stuff can also build up in these lines, so clean them out. I was taught how to do this by a tech from my A/C company who (ready?) actually wanted to save me the $120 for a service call.My normal procedure was to run a shop-vac hose over the end of the drain pipe and seal it with duct tape. This worked OK, but it was messy to undo, and I was never certain of a good seal. This drain line tool provides a solid seal on the shop-vac hose. The problem for me was the size of the drain pipe. I discovered that my drain pipe and the smaller hose fitting on this tool...were exactly the same size. My pretty accurate measurements on the tool's fitting is 1" around on the *outside diameter* and ¾" on the *inside diameter*. My A/C drain line was the same size.I thought of returning the item for another size, but there's an easier solution if you run into this problem. If you place a ¾" Schedule 40 PVC fitting on this tool, it will fit your same-sized pipe. I picked one up at the local giant home improvement store for about 60¢. However, you can order them from right here:https://www.amazon.com/CHARLOTTE-PIPE-Coupling-Pressure-Piece/dp/B000ZOH5X6/The one I purchased was a great fit and my chase line was cleared of water in just a few minutes. This is a solid product that will get the job done for you, as long as you can work around any pipe size issues.

The device does not fit standard AC PVC. An adapter is need to fit the AC draining pipe. Too cheap to return so U’ just going to need to figure out how to adapt the product.
