Very flimsy and cheaply made. Definitely NOT worth the price. Band will break after 2 or 3 uses to add paper to the folder. report cover itself is thin and easily will bend and crease.Do not recommend if you are looking to have something on a professional level.

I purchased these to put together years of minutes from business meeting. I like the hole punch on top since it did not effect the margins of the papers. It makes the info easier to store on shelves vs file cabinets and easier to page through for information. The only thing I did not like was it was not has hard back as I wanted - sturdier than a file folder but not quite hard as a book cover.

Very good quality binders. We use them for accounting binder with two holed punched paper. Our local office depot did not carry these in stock.
