Fit my 2006 chevrolet express 3500 with the 4L80e transmission. After driving almost 6000 miles in three weeks the original seal started seeping. I noticed that this new part was definitely a genuine ac Delco product in a genuine bag but when you looked very close at it you can see "national" stamped in the seal rubber. So they make it for Delco. I think they're the same price so if one is out of stock and you're a "genuine parts weirdo" like me, the national one will be the same. Us weirdos know that you are a lot less likely to have to do the job twice if you stick with genuine parts. Job tip: if you have an extended chevy express or gmc savana with the two piece driveshaft, just disconnecting the carrier bearing will not give you enough slack. You have to drop the whole driveshaft just like any other RWD vehicle.
