This 1/4" powered ratchet is amazingly powerful, quick, and very easy to operate. I love the trigger mechanism and quick reversal of direction. Batteries and charger work great! A REAL time saver and excellent quality tool! This tool has more actual torque than the others I looked at.

Its a good product but I can only give it 4 stars it is now working great but it didn’t work when I got it the operation lever was on all the time when the battery was in it instead of sending it back I chose to take it apart and try to fix it. Figured out the problem with the on off lever now it’s fine if not for that I would give it 5 stars I have the 3/8 big brother to it as well

Milwaukee ratchet stripped out after 4 years of weekly use. This was a cheaper option. I prefer the trigger on this ac Delco better. It is heavy and longer than Milwaukee, battery life is good and charges quickly. It’s lasted a month so far so good.

I bought this tool to replace a mactool ratchet and I loving it 100% better than the Mac ratchet and the reason I replaced it is because it stop working on me after about a year and I can’t catch the Mac truck to do something about it. And I paid about 300 dollars for it. So I would definitely recommend this tool.

This is the first electric ratchet I've ever had that I liked & didn't cost an ungodly fortune. I will admit you want to have a spare battery (or a charger at your work station), but I pulled a motor this weekend and had no problem. If you are using this only for tight spaces and using traditional or 20volt impacts for easier to get to stuff you should be fine. There is some cross over. If its already in hand and I have 8 bolts to get at once I'm obviously not changing to another tool, but again charging when I'm working on easier stuff or break worked out fine (although I'll have 3 batteries soon--more is better). So , battery life is not the best, but it is 5 stars. 12v tools are compact but it's just the nature of the beast that they have to draw a lot of current to be powerful and that kills batteries fast. If that's a concern look to the less powerful models, but I think careful battery management or a spare are the better solutions given what this can do.I dunno if it is 45ft lbs, but I had some m14s that were in an award spot. Broke them free by hand of course, and then this little thing hammered them out. There was significant weight and grime on them giving really solid arm tiring resistance--super impressive. I didn't think it would do it, but it did so well I am going back and adding the 3/8th brushless.great compact design, it is ergonomic, easy to control. The body, like all of these, is a little bulky, but the head is tiny and fits into some really really compact spaces. 10 out of 10 would recommend; greatest productivity enhancer I've had since I went to 20v impacts and no longer had to dance with an airline. This little thing is about to go through a motor rebuild, engine and trans swap, motor rebuild, and then a resto-mod frame up plus my normal repair work, so if the review is getting long in the tooth and no update for bad reliability you can safely assume its motor gearbox and body held up. I'll come back and share if it disappoints.
