I had a P0317 code and the cleared it up. Replaced a china part from NAPA. My mechanic proved it was a better part. The magnet at the end was stronger and the part that goes inside the engine was longer, ie. magnet would be closer to timing chain to sense the missing link.

This was a quality real part. Thank you! I've been buying knock offs and getting burned. I don't recommend buying and sensors that aren't AC Delco, Delphi, Bosch or Hitachi. Other names will leave you in pain.

Changed this on a 2009 malibu 2.4. got a code for the crank sensor and noticed the rpm wasn't moving also. Change the sensor and all is well
