They seem really solid and I bet would do a good job of protecting your levers ... if they fit. The left side (clutch side) went on OK with a slight 'forced' bend. Looked fine, felt really solid and didn't interfere with lever travel.The right side (throttle side) would not fit at all. I tried using spacers and longer screws from ACE, but that didn't work out either. I watched a YouTube video where a user milled an aluminum bracket to force his to fit on the throttle side, but I have neither the equipment nor the skills to do that.I waited too long to return them while trying different solutions, plus I ended up stripping out the first couple mils of thread on the right side bar mount while trying to force a bend, so I probably couldn't return them anyway. Don't do that. If you can't get them to fit your ride out of the box or with a spacer, don't force anything, just return them.If you *don't* have a 2023 KTM 790/890 Adventure, they seem worth a shot. They will certainly offer way better protection than the stock handguards.I really hoped these would work out as I would like some extra protection for my levers when the inevitable off-road drops happen.

Nice product and would have loved to keep it. Unfortunately it does not even come close to fitting the 2021 KTM 690 Enduro so I had to return it. The brackets that go on the handlebars are very thick and interfere with the cables. If you could somehow make that work, it doesn't matter because the levers hit the handguards anyway.

Used rubber spacers on installation instead of the metalic ones provided as they did not fit well and the edges scratched my bar. Otherwise the guards are sturdy and good value for money.

These handguard's are great. The aluminum bars are tough as nails. The plastic brush guards are prone to breaking but are replaceable. Overall they are worth every penny !
