I didn’t know I needed this until it was too late. I woke up one morning to discover that my cat puked all over my $120 mechanical keyboard. Imagine: chunky cat vomit in the keys, under the keys, and wet goop in places you didn’t know existed. I had to buy a new keyboard :’)Long story short, get this. Yeah it seems expensive, but not as expensive as a new keyboard :’)

I bought this cover to cover my Cherry 🍒 Keyboard so our cat will not sit on my keyboard and it is perfect, it protects my keyboard when I am away doing something else like sleeping. The size is great also keeps dust off. I highly recommend this cover.

Fits over a Corsair gaming keyboard. stops cat from stepping on same keyboard, sturdy enough to take the cats weight, has slot and spaces to accept wires w/o pinching when cover in place.Does what I wanted, and fit both my keyboard and the space it sets in, has to be removed for use and replaced to protect, little or no room for curious paws.

It's heavy and sturdy. Since it arrived, the cats haven't triggered any disastrous keyboard shortcuts. Downside: The cover was extremely expensive for what it is, but it's the only one that was exactly the right size.

I've only had this cover for a few days and it's already proven to be more effective at keeping my mischievous cat away from my keyboard than anything else I've tried. She rubs on it, paws at it and tries to bite it, all to no effect. She seems resigned to just sitting on top of the cover after trying to bother it for a bit.Being a single piece of fairly thick acrylic plastic,(My eyeball estimate would be nearly a centimeter.) the cover is incredibly durable. You could probably swing this thing at someone and it wouldn't crack! It's entirely transparent, so if you've got a keyboard with some fancy LEDs built into it you can still see them even with the cover over it.Speaking of keyboards, the cover should fit over most keyboards as long as they don't have huge panels sticking out past the keys all over the place. Fits with a good bit of clearance on all sides over my Redragon Sindri. There are small gaps along each corner and one longer gap along one side of the bottom to allow clearance for wires, and you don't have to worry at all about wrangling wires through holes since the gaps go all the way to the edge of the cover.Mine came with a little sheet with six 3M non-slip bumps but they're too wide to fit on the edges of the cover that sit on the desk so instead I've put them on the top so that I can rest it upside-down when not using it.Cleaning the cover after your cat, dog, or child has messed with it is no issue either. It's just a slab of shaped acrylic, so some basic dish soap and water will do the job. No seams anywhere for dirt to get stuck in, either.As for durability, it doesn't sag or bend at all when my year-old cat walks and sits on it. I wouldn't go sitting 20+ pounds on it for long periods of time, but being a single piece means there aren't any structural weak points on the cover where anything joints together.Overall this is a great bit of hardware if you're looking for something to keep curious animals or perhaps small children off your keyboard while you're away from it. Absolutely worth the price.
