The tool looks well-ground and sharp, but the one I received was in an outer bag with an "Amazon Renewed" label on it. The inner bag had been opened, the cutter itself and the ejector pin were both covered in black grit and there were a couple of steel chips in the gullets between the teeth.

While it did cut, it’s slow. More like it ground the hole, not cut it.

One hole threw 3/16 mild steel and this is toast no amount of tap magic would work.
