After 6 weeks, one of the bushings failed. It appears the nylon bushing had a catastrophic failure resulting in the shock shaft and bolt blowing through the top of the mount. Hopefully the shock shift didn't sustain any damage, but we'll see in a few days when the new mount arrives.
