What a relief to find a piano bench with a comfortable cushioned seat! After sitting on my piano stool for a long practice, I was delighted to switch out to this bench. I also like the fact that the lid stays in a locked position when putting away or taking my music sheets out of the storage compartment and doesn't fall down unexpectedly. It is a very attractive furniture piece as well.

Love this little bench. We have a Clavinova electric piano our kids use for extra practice with headphones, and haven't had a good chair or bench for it. This just fits the bill. It's solid and feels great when playing, can be adjusted to the right height pretty easily (knobs just move things more slowly than you expect). We can store a few favorite pieces of music (but the storage area really is pretty shallow). Not too tricky to assemble - probably took 20 minutes.
