Very very cheap metal and welded by children, immediately after assembling the leg assembly metal started stretching and bending almost ripping off. The caps for the foam all need to be glued on of they fall off and the frame isn’t straight so it’s wobbly unless you balance the legs with spacers. Tried to return it immediately but Amazon said contact the seller who never responded and you have to cover the shipping which would have been well over a hundred so good luck returning anything to this shell company.So to make this pos any bit functional you’ll need self tapping screws, a thick piece of metal, glue, and a drill. Hands down the worst thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon, they should ban this company. Wear PPE when using this equipment, you’ll probably get injured anyways, don’t buy anything from Runfreely!

Great budget bench. Assembly was straightforward but would definitely recommend having a socket set or wrench available, the included tools are a bit harsh on the hands. Once assembled, the stability is great. Lightweight, easy to move around due to its compact but plentiful size. Several adjustment positions leading to using as a flat bench or sit up incline; not many offer both in one package. Would buy again!

Bought this bench for sit ups and for weight lifting.When using it for sit ups at incline position it will wobble a lot and wants to tip over to one side.As far as using it for weights it's fine but sit up incline position is very dangerous.Might have received a diffective product so I'm going to return it02/17/25 Update:POS, don't buy

This is still a bit small for me I'm 6'4" the leg extension for the feet could use some redesign.

Very satisfied with the purchase. It is sturdy and looks nice. No bad smell. The incline sit-up function is great. You need a regular set of tools to tighten the bolts more efficiently ( basic tools are included to do the job though). Bolts, nuts and washers are packaged in groups for each step, which helps in the assembly.

This has been a great purchase and really opens up a lot of exercise possibilities. The Bench is rock solid wile in use and doesn’t shift around under load.
