Overall, this "machine" is off the chain! Very well built, almost overly built which is what I like. I'm giving it 4 stars because it came in with a destroyed box, somewhat taken apart, and I had to break out my tool set to adjust it left to right which is not part of the "assembly process" for the customer. With all of that said, I would buy another one and plan to when my personal gym expands.Value, ease of use, strength training all great!

Great addition to home gym. However QA wise, bolt and nut appeared to be missing but found loose in box; and hex screws loose on bearing block.

Box was delivered severely damaged with parts falling out of the box. The tibia dorsa raise has broken parts and missing pieces. The equipment is scratched up.Unacceptable!

The nuts and bolts were not in a plastic bag or anything, just floating around at the bottom of the box. I was also missing a couple of washers. I know that there wasn't much to the assembling of the machine, but there wasn't even an illustration of how to put it together. I am still trying to figure how to adjust it, so that it can accommodate the large plates. It was shipped on time and I am on the same site in which I bought this one on the 21st, and I did receive it on the 24th. I see that it is now on sale for thirteen dollars less. WOW!
