Excellent pairing of waterproof map and guide book. So much incredibly detailed information in the book .... portages, paddling time, mileage, ability rating etc. Even the map has tons of useful information, from Ranger info to camping do's, dont's and rules . Everything you need to make a great paddling plan! If you love paddling in the Adirondacks you need this pair !

Got this for my sister and brother-in-law for Christmas - they love it and can't wait to put it to use. They love that the map is waterproof and can go right in the kayak with them.
