Why Do You Need To Replace A New Blower?
The original harman p68 combustion blower broke down after a few years of use. Every time it was used, the sound was loud, and it did not burn well, and it burned particles quickly, which increased the heating cost in winter. After installing a new p68 exhaust fan for your harman p68 pellet stove, your stove will run very quietly and won't burn pellets as quickly. This 3-21-08639 blower blower motor DOES NOT come with an impeller. Harman uses 3 different sized impellers to fine-tune how much air is moved through the stove. It is advisable to purchase an impeller when replacing this 32108639 combustion blower as the old impeller from your existing blower may not come off the shaft (seized) or it may be damaged in the process of removing the blower.

The motor came before it’s estimated time it’s working like it did I’m 2011 when it was new. New motor is quiet, no vibration, shuts down faster, should have been replaced a year ago.

I can’t believe I’m posting a review of this but that’s how pleased I was with it.I replaced the combustion blower in my Harmon p35i and this was an exact replacement. Other units I looked at either had no wires at all or the wires were too short. This was exactly like the original with three color coded shielded wires with the correct connectors.

This motor is quiet! Make sure, though, to buy the corresponding fan to go with it. I have changed this motor twice over the life of my Harman and getting the old fan removed from the motor is the hardest part; it essentially welds itself to the motor over the course of years. I loosen the back nuts and pry the back away as much as possible to cut the "pin" holding the fan in place with a Saws-all. This will save you a lot of time, believe me. After that, the installation is very easy.

Works great! Old fan was so rusted on I had to hacksaw it off, entire process took about an hour.Well worth the price.
