Love the frame. Purchased for my parents and now purchased for myself.Pros- photos auto rotate.Easy to upload.You can zoom in/out based on how you want photo to appear in frame with preview of photo.When photo rotates and doesn’t fill the screen, it blurs the background to match your photo so there isn’t harsh lines on the screen.You can send up to 9 photos at a time (free version) to multiple frames. I can send the same photos to my frame and my mom’s frame.You name each frame so that there is no mistake.You can see a history of photos sent.You can view gallery on the frame and delete directly on frame.You can change speed of photo rotation.Allows for videos with sound.Allows to have multiple people send to single frame. So far 9 people are set up to send to my parents frame.Seems to have a lot of space. My parents have lots of photos and using little space. You can check on frame settings how much space you are using/have left.Settings to turn on and off.You can set it so that one image stays on the screen and it doesn’t rotate.Con-Must be plugged in. (Limited where you can use it since it needs a power source)Mine something looses connection to my wifi, but my parents hasn’t done that. Mine has done it twice in about 5 months. Is this the top of the line product, no. But it absolutely gets five stars from me especially at its price point. It is very intuitive and easy to use, my 76-year-old mother who is afraid of basically all technology and doesn't own a computer had no issues picking it right up with just a 2 minute tutorial from my husband. Picture quality is really great uploads quickly from an app, holds a lot of photos, and even has an option to include the time overlaid over photos so it can be used as a clock. I really liked how it's very easy to create photo files, so she can put vacation pictures in one file and pictures of grandkids in another and decide what she wants to look at that day.

I bought this frame for my mom for Mother’s Day and I love this. It did not work great at first. Trying to send pictures of the frame took a ridiculous amount of time, and several attempts to send them. I talked with customer service and they were not terribly helpful. After it was successful a few times it got easier and faster to upload pictures and after they were received my mom was so excited to tell me how much she loved receiving them! The app is easy to navigate and set up is easy and has clear instructions. After the beginning hiccups it has gone much more smoothly, and we have loved it.

This was purchased as a gift for my Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day and it is WONDERFUL! The instructions gave step-by-step instructions making it easy to download the app and send pictures to the frame. Within the frame settings, you can manage the gallery of photos and rotate or change the orientation of the photo. The photos are clear, bright and vibrant. You can also change the time-length of the slideshow. Its a great frame and I highly recommend purchasing this for yourself and/or others!

I used this frame during my dad’s visitation after he passed away. I was able to place numerous pictures and also numerous short videos that both family and friends enjoyed. Now, I have it in my living room and the pictures and videos are a wonderful memory of dad that bring a smile to my face every time I see the digital frame.

I have always wanted a digital photo frame to display my favorite photos at home in a continuous loop. I am very satisfied with this digital photo frame, which is easy to connect to my phone and allows me to upload photos quickly and easily. The photos are clear and the black frame looks very high-end. The price is not expensive, making it very cost-effective.

Originally bought for my Mother, I ended up buying a second one for my Mother in Law. With use of corresponding app, pictures can be quickly added to frames remotely. My mom always gets excited when she hears a chime letting her know that new pictures have been added. My mother in law in truly one of the most difficult people to buy for and she absolutely loves it. Was is great for me is that I can take pictures from our regular outings and send them to both grandmas with a few clicks of a button. Its that easy and simple. My moms frames has a reboot issue where it will turn off and then back on again but other than that everyone loves their frame. It takes digital photo frame to the next level.
