Like another reviewer stated, it does not flow as good as the stock filter. I bought this hoping for a better flowing, better filtering air filter to replace my old one. I didn't notice much difference at first (good or bad). After a couple of months, I noticed the filter box gauge was sucked in indicating a dirty filter. I cleaned the filter and put it back in. A month later the same thing happened. I chalked this up to a bad gauge. 3 years later, after getting sick of the fuel mileage, (I though it was all due to the bigger tires I put on) I decided to go back to a good disposable filter. First time driving it after the new filter I was amazed how much better it ran and the mileage jumped 2-3 miles per gallon. Long story short - while this filter may "filter" well, it does not let enough air into the engine.

Dropped right in my 2010 6.7 Cummins. With this and the silencer ring removed I have a perfect amount of turbo noise. When I get on it I can hear it spool up and on the highway at is speed I don't hear it unless I press on the pedal a little.

It don't fit! I've read that you should leave your filter alone no gains maybe a little whistle. Just get the S&B intake if you want sound and very little gains.

filter looks nice when taking it out of the box i did not really get any mpg boost but its winter now and we all know winter diesel fuel dose not burn as nice as summer fuel on the plus side if your the type of person that likes to hear the turbo whistle then this filter is for you i can hear the turbo even on the slightest incline or even if i push on the pedal a little to pass some oneafter using this filter for several months i have found that on days where its raining really hard for some reason it makes the truck think it needs the air filter to be replaced

Have used oil type filters in the past, thought I would try this new oilless type. Fit as expected and performs as better.
