It is sturdy and takes time to put together but is to be expected. We are pleased with our purchase.

I've been wanting an organized closet for years. Having one custom-made was going to cost anywhere from $5,500-$7,000, and that was more than I could afford. So I ordered this system in the White Oak finished (it looks so upscale). I have a total of 6 pieces. The pieces are sturdy and come with pilot holes pre-drilled. It even comes complete with the safety anti-tip anchors to secure them to the wall. I'm visually impaired, so I hired someone to assemble and install my closet system. He said that "is a tedious process, but excited about the outcome." It took him about 9 hours to assemble and install. I'm only out of pocket for about $2,000 for the pieces and labor, and I have a beautiful closet.I took it a step further to achieve the built-in look. I also purchased "white oak" wallpaper/contact paper that i put on the wall. I love the result. Most people have commented "nice craftsmanship" thinking my "contractor" custom built them.My closet is 119" on the long wall and 65" on each of the side walls. So, of course, there is no perfect fit for those dimensions. And i have about a 3.5" gap on the long wall. However, I purchased some slide out hooks that can be used to hang belts, ties, scarves, and hats on. I also purchased the bins on top from the dollar tree to hide that gap. Plus, the bins serve as additional storage. All of them are being used.I can't begin to tell you how much I love it. If you are considering the purchase. Take the leap. The end product is so worth it!

The unit arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Assembly was a breeze and all pieces were included. The look is great, especially with a closet system of the same brand. Here's a word of advice for this one: assemble it nearby where it'll go, otherwise you'll have a challenge moving it.The product provides a functional storage space. There were some steps during assembly which could have waited until others were completed, but all around, not a huge deal.

Nice product, nice price. I bought 4 different towers of this brand for my daughter’s closet. The corner tower was definitely the heaviest package. I ended up ordering a corner rod piece and adding it to curve and make a curved rod up top. The bottom isn’t as tall, so she uses it for her cropped tops, but it would probably work for pants too. I added in some lights and a shoe tower I built separately. I’m a 54 year old woman and was able to put the whole closet together in a weekend by myself. Also, the other towers didn’t come with the top shelf, so I cut down the pieces that were supposed to be extra hanging sections that I didn’t use to add shelves to match the corner tower.

Well worth the money. It took two people about 6 hours to put together. LOTS OF PIECES!!! I mean A LOT! Just need patience and take your time. It’s very sturdy, was missing a screw and had to call to get it mailed, but it arrived a few days later. Will be purchasing another compatible piece to turn a bedroom into a walk in closet.
