I use these for sewing (marking hems, etc) but I misplace small objects all the time. I just buy more of these without worrying, they are precisely marked and so affordable. They’re easy to use and would be great for student or other group art activities. Transparency makes them especially useful for sewing, and I have never had one break.

I am always looking for a straight edge to make my own grid for checklists, etc. I later end up doing it in Excel, but the 1st draft is always by hand. These little rulers are awesome. I keep one on every desk, one in my wallet, and one in a coat pocket too.

J'avais besoin d'un lot de 10 petites règles pour un jeu grandeur nature, celle-ci on fait le job. Je pense qu'avec le temps les graduation s'effaceront, mais comme sur toute règle en plastique. Je n'ai pas trouvé meilleur rapport qualité-prix pour un lot de 10 règles.

I have a small clear ruler that I received circa 1980 by subscribing to "US News and World Reports". It had a little digital clock that fell out and all the numbers wore off - it's my little treasure ♥♥ I almost left it in court once, totally freaked out !! rushed back and it was still there. My trusty highlighting straight edge. So at home, I also have a computer and do some reading and note taking and had a little ruler for a straight edge, identical to these, except it had a little hole drilled into one end - I should have used it !! But alas it has fallen into, The Lost Object Zone, so I bought these. Each one comes is in a little clear plastic sleeve !! in a large clear envelope. Awesome :)

Needed to put a scale next to seeds in a variety of shapes and sizes. These little rulers are clear so don't clutter the image with unnecessary information. Numbers and measurement lines are crisp and clear for an at-a-glance recording of relative proportions. Sturdy, inexpensive, attractive. Great deal!

These are nice little clear rulers. They are sturdy and work well as I block out pictures. They are a good length to put in my pencil boxes. There were no unexpected problems with them

I bought these rulers to use for hand embroidery. I needed a clear, 15cm (6 inch), metric ruler and these fit the bill for the right price. They're also pretty accurate, only off by about a millimeter over the entire 15cm, which is better than most rulers in this price range.It does get scratched up fairly quickly, which leaves it a bit cloudy. Also, even after using an extremely delicate specialty tape to hold it to my embroidery canvas, several of the numbers mostly came off, but it's still usable. Even once this one finally kicks the bucket, it's still just one down, nine others to go!If you're an engineer or an architect who needs extreme precision tools that will last under heavy use, this probably isn't for you. But for the average person, it's definitely a solid pick.

I read a number of books at the same time & have them to make straight lines when I underline. I also use them as a bookmark. I ordered a set of 10 as I have 5 books I'm reading, having one sitting next to my bed, on my office desk & shared a couple with others. They are as advertised & are a little flexible, yet firm enough to use for underlining. I think they are a great value & very useful!
