Mine came packaged inside a box that was so thick and tough that the thing could have been launched into space and fell back to earth and not get damaged! I've never seen packaging to this level in my life. It literally wouldn't fit through my door - I had to unpack it on my porch, which took 2 razor blade knifes and about 30 minutes to do. And all of the cardboard and packing material was enough to fill up my recycle can from empty to completely full.The oven's door came slightly crooked, but it seals up and the oven works great. Wish the QC would be a little better but for a cheap oven like this it's not hard to deal with. I bake voice coils at 160c and it takes about 10 minutes for the oven to get that high, the temp climbs but has a hard time getting up over 150c. Still happy with it considering the price.
