This is a hard to find bulb. The manufacturer charges $200 per pop, so it's either this, or switch out the lamp for a newer more economical replacement.Add others have said, the length is shorter so you will need to get creative. I used a couple of packing peanuts to bridge the gap at the bottom.One of my two ballasts had a burnt chip, so check for that if it does show show any LED status lights. Mine drew 24V from the air handler.After it was all put together and plugged in there was a solid green LED and a blinking blue LED. The manual says that's it's because it's not a 2 year bulb.All in all a great value for money.
