I do not recommend this helmet set because its headset is trash. I can’t get this headset to work at all. It connects but there’s zero sound coming out!

It was upsetting when the speaker and mic don't work at all . Dont hold battery but has holder . Be careful looks like a mark up but not operational. Very upset that tell you it works

This setup is very good quality for the price. Helmet is nice and very customizable for the fitment you want. Pretty straight forward to assemble, but the instructions are pretty useless. It includes two different kinds of padding to fully accommodate your head shape. And it doesn’t feel like a cheap bicycle helmet like others of the sort. Headset is awesome too. Seems to work ok but does not include a ptt. Just want to throw out there, if you think your comms aren’t working with this, make sure it’s really pushed into your ptt. The plug has to be all the way in. Takes a bit of force

Great value, amazing fitment, super comfortable, extremely durable, well designed Milsim helmet. YES THE EAR PROS DO WORK ON COMMS!!!! and there super comfortable on your ears. Don’t cheap out on a “tactical” bicycle helmet. Buy this and it will last.
