No, they won't. You can use them normally.

Ingenious!!!!!!!!I purchased these for my granddaughter who currently has the air tag watch. I was hesitant to get these because I was thinking that the hole for the tag was in the side of the insole where the bottom of her foot would touch. I didn’t want her to be bothered by it just for the simple fact that she knows it’s there. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the hole is on the bottom of the insole. She never knew the air tag was in her shoe. PERFECT! I guess if I read the description a little better, I might have already know this lol.

Wow! This product is just perfect! My daughter with sensory sensitivities doesn’t even realize it’s in it. It is very easy to cut to the right size. The insert is very comfortable. So far it has lasted through multiple washes. Perfect place to hide AirTag.

I know this is supposed to be for the air tag but we don't have those so I decided to take a chance and cut the area where the tracker goes and it works perfectly! I love that they have little felt stickers that goes over it to help hold it in! My little one doesn't even feel it! Fits perfectly and awesome price for the piece of mind!

Purchased this for my autistic non verbal child and noticed he kept taking off his shoes like something was bothering him. I finally realized that he can feel the AirTag when he steps. It is a great idea but needs to be thicker for it to work.

These are made well. They are a wonderful ideas. But if your kiddo has feet sensory issues they will not work. He could feel the AirTag therefore melted with the souls in his shoes.
