Fungerar bra, dock lite dålig räckvidd på blåtand men all information som behövs och förväntas, bra app.

Up to now it seems, that it is quality and reliable product. I compared its values with other devices that I use for measurement of air quality and measured values are consistent. Customer care of producer is very good.

La marca tendrá mucho nombre, pero el sensor de COV es muy muy malo, quizá el segundo peor que tengo. Casi siempre marca calidad de aire bueno en una casa recién reformada y pintada.

I really wanted to like this and have tried to use it a couple of different times for months, but tonight I decided it is just causing stress and providing no benefit.First, when it is windy and the oil stove in my cabin back drafts I can smell fumes. The Airthing does not notice. This is a very obvious VOC at a high enough level that I can smell it and this type of thing was my primary reason for buying it. I contacted support but never got a satisfactory answer.Second, it randomly freaks out and reports a spike of a very high level when there is no reason that I can figure. When I contacted support they suggested the batteries were not in securely. I have checked them repeatedly but still occasionally get these spikes. It is just not accurate enough to be worth the time and trouble, let alone the not insignificant cost. It has only one job to do and it does not do it.

I already own a wave plus, and the mini synced to my app with little effort. Now I can see both, and it works great. For the money, I really wish it did slightly more. The mold risk indicator is a little odd and pointless. Mine reads 1, which makes sense because the bedroom its in struggles with slightly above normal humidity. But common sense also works, I don’t need a risk indicator lol.If I could choose one thing to add it would be CO2 monitoring like my wave plus. But there’s no way I’m spending that much money for a second wave plus.

I was looking to add an air sensor to check on air quality for my basement office. I found good reviews on this unit and so far it has worked great! You can sync via the mobile app and view data from there or you log into the web dashboard to see the results as well. It gives nice options for seeing historical data and I like that for the sake of comparison.I also wanted to shout out their support. I accidentally knocked over the sensor and broke the stand. Their support found an extra one and just shipped it to me right away, no questions asked. This was done just via their live chat service.

below is a similar review I posted for for wave plusI was originally looking just for a smart radon tester before I installed a radon mitigation system and found the airthings wave system.at first I purchased the home kit which comes with a older wave 2nd gen, the hub and mini wave from Amazon warehouse (openbox). I had some issues with the hub as it was already registered and didn't want to mess with support who wasn't available 24/7 and ended up returning everything .during the initial setup I also (wrongly assumed) that the units would be WiFi/Ip based but the stand alone sensors only work via bluetooth or via radio with the hub. also without the hub the data isn't constantly recorded .I then ordered this new sensor wave plus, 2 mini waves and the hub (quite costly). setup was a breeze, unbox the sensors, download the app, register for an account, connect the sensor via bluetooth to your phone , update firmware and it's readym Then you plug in your hub add to the sensors to the hub via your phone. With the wave2 the radon level was high (as suspected as ally neighbors got their radon level tested professionally for 150 bucks . What I didn't expect was the co2 and VOC levels to be high in the house as well as high humidity levels in the basement.the co2 we were able to lower by opening windows and airing out the house, and humidity levels controlled with a dehumidifier in the basement. As far as the VOC i started looking into UV lights in the hvac and ultimately ended up with a Airscrubber by aerus installed from my hvac guy.after the airscrubber and hvac fans running the airthings wave sensor picked up the improvements.the web dashboard also is has a lot better data and is easier to see track historical data than the app as the app will show you real time stats we well as historical but can't zoom in on the data or set a custom time frame (zoom in).also the wave mini has mold detection but the wave plus does not and the wave plus (primarily for radon) has co2 detection but the mini does not so would like a unified sensor even if it cost more as well as the ability to have wifi (although this will prob drain the battery)I'd also like an option of hardwiring the sensor similar to a smoke detector and alert/push notifications for user or presets thresholds so I don't have to constantly monitor.overall great product but will make you think about how to improve the air quality after seeing the data :)
