Ordered this item to repair our LG Washer, when it was filling the noise was like a train was coming through the laundry room. Watched couple of YouTube videos, but it was super simple to install. Online saw this part for $130 plus a repair person could have easily been $225 fix. Instead $27 and 10 minutes of my own labor and back like brand new. Great item, felt very solid.

Came undamaged and tightly fixed so no loose or bent parts (except for the extra set of valve caps they offer) installed easy enough and fixed the problem where the water wouldn't shut off & flooded the house just by replacing my old inlet valve with this one. Hopefully this'll last another 5 or so years like the last one did.

Water flow is good. Install was easy if you know how to safely. Value is great since it saved us quite a bit versus manufacturer and better than a new washer. Quality looks great. So far so good.

I was so grateful to find this part on Amazon. We realized this piece was damaged when the water cycle would not turn off (even when unplugged). After a frantic search on the internet for a solution... it was suggested to replace the Washer Water Inlet Valve. My husband was able to easily able to replace the part. We were very satisfied with the results as the issue was resolved and the washer performance improved significantly. Do not hesitate to replace this part yourself. It is a much more cost effective solution than hiring a repair man and there are videos online that will walk you step by step through the process.
