  • Please note that the Bluetooth function and the wired function cannot be used at the same time, so when you want to use the amplifier via the Bluetooth function, do not connect any devices to the jacks (except the microphone jack).

  • Please check whether there is current sound when no load. And confirm that the surrounding current signals will not cause interference. Please make sure all the cable completely pushed into the device, incompletely connections will create distorted.

  • Since the amplifier is not used alone, it needs to be used together with other electronic equipment, so it needs to be ruled out one by one! Are the positive and negative wires connected to the speaker connected together?

  • No, connecting two at the same time will cause the audio stream to be disrupted. It can only be disconnected and then connected to other devices.

  • Make sure there are no obstacles (especially metals) blocking the signal. Turn off the power amplifier, disconnect and clear the connection of the Bluetooth transmitting device, and try to reconnect.

I have a Pioneer turntable from the '80s that has a phono input and a classic wired speaker setup, and unfortunately, I had to trash my 30-lb all-in-one stereo from the '80s. I was looking for something modern that could do its job and found this. When I hooked this up, I couldn't get the volume past a whisper and was disappointed. However, I did some research and found that this is only a receiver and nothing more. I bought a Pyle pre-amp, and an RCA-RCA cable ($20 altogether) and my system is working perfectly and loudly now. This product is much more compact than an all-in-one, and it has Bluetooth, but I would definitely mention up front that it *Amplify anything significantly*.
