This was the easiest set of furniture i have ever put together. Directions were simple, every piece was there. Came in three seperate shipments but all came before the final ship date in great condition. We love it. Very sturdy and size is awesome. The whole set was identical to picture of purchase. GREAT PRODUCT. Thank you

The only thing that I would change is the type of seat cushions that is used for the seats. I would suggest a thicker style of cushions. Otherwise the patio set is beautiful!

Cushions are thin and not much padding. we will be replacing those with better ones. but the furniture itself is very nice and comfortable. make sure you set some time aside to assemble. it isn't difficult but definitely time consuming.

I received my patio set on November 30th and one box was damaged. I opened it and the glass table was broken and scratches all over the stuff. I contact seller and a guy named Anthony helped me out. Although it was a little tedious to be taking pictures so I could show the damaged. After receiving them they immediately send me a replacement and I received it within 4 days. They look and feel solid. Very pleased with this company. The assembly wasn't bad and you have plenty of screws and some extras.

We’re giving them a 1 because we had issues with the igniter and were told a replacement was on the way. They first sent the wrong part, and other times provided a tracking number, but the package never arrived. In short, we got the runaround. We’re done with this company and won’t be buying from them again.

Overall we are very pleased with this purchase. Set up was tricky to start but we got the hang of it pretty quick. Pay attention when it says to wait to tighten all the screws. It will make it easier for you to get that last scew in place. Now for the color. We purchased the gray set. This set's frame is NOT black like we thought. Depending on the lighting, it has different colors! Direct sun, it shows it being a dark rust to brown color. Partial shade and it turns a little darker. Full shade and appears dark gray to black. When we got the set delivered, we noticed that the loveseat frame was a different texture and color than the rest of the set. We contacted the seller and they immediately made it right by shipping out the right loveseat. The firepit is definitely a different color than the rest of the set. The set is comfortable and attractive and nearly matches our gazebo we bought from Costco. The firepit puts off some great heat too! 15 mph winds and I can still feel the heat 5 feet away. I would recommend this product. And great customer service!
