Got this as a gift for my boyfriend who likes to go hiking and prospecting. He loved it and also uses it around the house. It is sturdy for him to sit on comfortably, and he is a big guy. It collapses down easily and quickly. It does not look nearly as strong as it is and I am really happy I went with this particular company.

I brought it to NYCC to sit on in line. It worked okay, but was rather heavy and cumbersome to set up. Next time I'll try a folding stool instead.

Great, but not perfect.The extra height is wonderful. Plastic easy to clean.A bit heavy, but it seems sturdy. I'll get used to the weight.I take it everywhere, but after the 3rd use, once collapsed, you can hear the springs rattling around. A bit concerned about that.The cushion is useless on a windy day. I will need to jimmy-rig a way to make the cushion stay put. Would have liked a cushion 2x-3x thicker.Would be nice if they offered replacement cushions ... in case it blows away.Great uses:Seating, foot rest, table (a place to set my gear), tripod alternative in a pinch.Cons: $49.99 was steep for me. If it lasts 5 years or longer, worth it. If it does not last ling ... not worth it.Anything good or bad, I will add to the review.

I work in the oilfield and stand alot on the rig floor so this is perfect. Light weight and very sturdy as I weigh about 330lbs.

Freakin love this thing. A heavy individual raved about this so I grabbed a couple for the kids. Collapses and extends easily. My 6 year old can’t do it though. Holds adults. Can clip to bag via carabiner or worn as cross body with the sash that is attached to the seat. Comes with carry bag but it doesn’t work well. You gather it on one side but won’t work well with the carabiner. Also comes with a pad for the top. It’s about 3 mm thick so no big cushion for the booty butt.Great at Disney while waiting in line forever! And at parks when no seating available. Person that referred them to me has COPD and uses to sit when she gets winded while out and about. Highly recommend.

I bought this stool in part because of its weight limit. I weigh a good 100lbs less than the limit it is supposed to be good for, so I was not amused when it suddenly broke and dumped me on the ground. I wasn't even moving around, just sitting still waiting for laundry to finish washing. Unless it is for a kid, I would not recommend.
